J&J Janitorial & Maintenance Service is a janitorial company in Winchester, VA. We are autonomous and professional. This current position is for an early morning full time shift. 5am-1pm. Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, performing various cleaning duties, and ensuring that the facilities are well-kept. Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste appropriately
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products and supplies
- Perform minor maintenance tasks

Skills:
- Experience in commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance
- Knowledge of buffing, floor care, and industrial cleaning techniques
- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
